When you grab the last pet Balthazar automatically
starts heading back to the top left hand corner.
If you need to take a break from the game, or
"pause" it for some reason all you have to do is just hold the last pet. This
works because Balthazar goes back to the top left corner right after you pick up
the last pet.When you freeze Balthazar
you can walk right over him if you need to.
The pets with the gold star over them are bonus
pets. The amount of the bonus goes up every two levels. It starts out at 2.
While the game is switching levels you can still
move around.
Start each level in the top left hand corner of
the padlock. This way you can catch the petpets that are closest
to Balthazar first.
Use the teleports when ever you can, they make
things a lot easier. The teleports start to disappear one by one starting on
level 5.
Starting on level 9 you start losing entrances
to the padlock one by one until you are only left with the one on the left side.
If you pick up a petpet and you need to
drop it just hit the spacebar.
